In the application form is the affordability calculator which will help you to see what rents you can afford or whether you will need a guarantor.
Following your viewing, if you would like to rent the property fill our application form and either email it to us or bring it into our office. We would always recommend you call us to check the property is still available and to let us know you will be submitting an application form. Once we have confirmed with the landlord that he/she is happy to proceed with you as tenants we will process your application with our referencing company ‘Rentshield Direct’ who will send you an online form to fill in and send back. The references involve an employer’s reference, landlords or previous landlord’s reference and a credit search.
We will email you a draft copy of the tenancy agreement shortly after you have submitted your application for you to have a look at prior to signing; upon signing you will be expected to pay the tenancy deposit and/or the first months rent in advance. Payments by BACS transfer is our preferred method of payment.
