Have a look at our tenancy application form and guidance notes it is intended to assist you as a prospective tenant in making a successful application for a tenancy and to serve as a guide to the tenancy application process.
In the application form is the affordability calculator which will help you to see what rents you can afford or whether you will need a guarantor.
Following your viewing, if you would like to rent the property fill our application form and either email it to us or bring it into our office. We would always recommend you call us to check the property is still available and to let us know you will be submitting an application form. We will ask for your referencing fee/s to be paid once we have confirmed with the landlord that he/she is happy to proceed with you as tenants. Payments would preferably be made by BACS transfer.
Once payment of referencing fee/s have been received we will process your application with our referencing company ‘Rentshield Direct’ who will send you an online form to fill in and send back. The references involve an employer’s reference, landlords or previous landlord’s reference and a credit search.
Once all references have been obtained and are satisfactory we will email you a draft copy of the tenancy agreement to have a look at prior to signing and we will arrange a day and time for you to sign your agreement.
All payments including the first month’s rent in advance, deposit and administration fee must be received in clear funds before the commencement of tenancy.
